We Bring Joy: The First Beth Ward Studios Charm Bar

At the YPO Women’s Business Network Summit, New York City, October 2026

This October, we hosted our first-ever Charm Bar at the YPO Women’s Business Network Summit in New York City.

The idea was simple: give attendees a table full of beautiful materials and let them make something that was entirely their own. Leather straps, bright para-cord, semi-precious gemstones, gold-plated monograms and vintage-inspired charms were all within reach.

Some people built elaborate, layered pieces. Others kept it simple. Many were like kids in a candy store, not knowing where to start. So we guided them: begin with a ring, a strap or a chain, then build from there.

For leaders who rarely have time to be creative, working with their hands took them out of their heads, even if only for a few minutes. One attendee summed it up: “You brought joy!”
